The Goods Have Been Delivered

My friend did indeed get to visit Caleb this week and she had lots to share with us! I have posted a few pictures, but if you want the whole lot of 'em shoot me an email.

This is what Laura beheld as she walked up to Caleb's crib. Oh, be still my heart!

This is the greeting she received once he woke up. Apparently being awakened early by light-haired Caucasian strangers doesn't sit well with him. :)

"This is my family? Ya gotta be kiddin' me."

Isn't Bed Head just the best?!

Dude, you're cool in your shades.

As you can imagine seeing these photos brings mixed emotions for us. It makes me so sad I want to blaze a trail to the airport right now. On the other hand, it is thrilling to have this glimpse into his life and to be able to continue to receive information about him when most people get nothing between referral and travel. My friend Laura was there to visit her daughter in another orphanage and she was so gracious to give up time with Lily to go and see Caleb and his friends! She returned to the USA yesterday and she will send us video she took as well. Anybody want to come over and watch? I'll supply the popcorn too!
