Too Much and Not Enough

24 degrees in Ohio - too cold.

87 degrees in Ho Chi Minh City (10:30 PM) - too hot

15 hours on one flight - too long.

32 hours of total travel - too much fun.

1 Qt. size ziplock - too small.

17 days away from your children - too many.

Leaving your house at 3:30 AM - too early.

836,902 forms to fill out - too many.

17 months waiting to meet your child - too long. (But, compared to many international adoptions - not bad.)

$1,200 for one plane ticket - too expensive.

Estimated 150 million orphans in the world - incomprehensible.

5 children in the McCashen Family - NOT ENOUGH.

32 hours doing THE SAME THING of ANYTHING is TOO LONG. Let alone running through airports checking for eight zillion boarding passes and passports and customs and languages and seats that don't recline and and and...
